目的：甘露醇与氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛近期疗效比较。方法：偏头痛病人４７例，随机分为２组。甘露醇组２４例（男性６例，女性１８例，年龄４０±ｓ８ａ）。用２０％甘露醇２５０ｍＬ静脉滴注，４０ｍｉｎ滴完，ｑｄ，连用３～５ｄ。氟桂利嗪组２３例（男性７例，女性１６例，年龄３９±８ａ）。用氟桂利嗪胶囊２粒（５ｍｇ／粒），ｐｏ，ｑｄ，用药３～５ｄ。结果：２组总有效率均为９６％（Ｐ＞０．０５）。２组用药后起效时间，甘露醇组是０．８±０．６ｄ，氟桂利嗪组是１．５±０．８ｄ，Ｐ＜０．０１。结论：２药治疗偏头痛的疗效近似，但甘露醇起效时间较氟桂利嗪迅速。
AIM: To compare the short term efficacy of mannitol and flunarizine in the treatment of migraine. Methods: 47 migraine patients were randomly divided into two groups. Mannitol group of 24 patients (6 males and 18 females, age 40 ± s8a). With 20% mannitol 250mL intravenous drip, 40min drip finished, qd, once every 3 ~ 5d. Flunarizine group of 23 patients (7 males and 16 females, age 39 ± 8a). Flunarizine capsules 2 (5mg / tablets), po, qd, medication 3 ~ 5d. Results: The total effective rate was 96% in both groups (P> 0.05). The onset time of the two groups was 0.8 ± 0.6d in mannitol group and 1.5 ± 0.8d in flunarizine group, P <0.01. Conclusions: The efficacy of the two drugs in treating migraine is similar, but the onset time of mannitol is faster than flunarizine.
