用化学镀法将LaNi_5颗粒镀上一层铜薄膜,镀铜量可控制在10~30wt%之间。用X射线衍射、扫描电镜对其进行了结构、形貌、元素分布等的观察、分析证明得到均匀的铜镀层。PCT曲线的测试说明镀铜量对吸、放氢压力组成等温线影响不大;随着镀铜量的增加,放氢速度显著增加。用镀铜量13.7%的粉末压片进行100次吸放氢的循环,结果没有发现裂纹和粉化。
LaNi_5 particles coated with a layer of copper film by electroless plating, the amount of copper can be controlled between 10 ~ 30wt%. By X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy of its structure, morphology, elemental distribution observed, the analysis proved uniform copper coating. The PCT curve test shows that the amount of copper plating has little effect on the isotherm composition of absorption and desorption pressure. With the increase of copper plating, the rate of hydrogen evolution increases significantly. The cycle of hydrogen absorption and desorption was carried out 100 times using a powder compaction sheet having a copper plating amount of 13.7%. As a result, no cracks and chalking were observed.
