随着银行业将发展重心转移到电商市场,纷纷开展电商业务,构建电商平台,本文探究了商业银行发展电子商务的策略,使用因子分析法就现阶段银行电商平台的发展现状进行探索,并在数据分析的基础上用SWTO分析法阐述了银行电商业务发展的优势、劣势、机会与威胁,并对银行未来的电子商务业务发展提出了建议。
