加强科技创新体系建设 不断推进我市科技进步

过去的一年,宁波市科技工作在市委、市政府的正确领导下,在市人大、市政协的关心指导下,通过全市上下的共同努力,科技工作深入实施“科教强市”一号工程,不断取得新的进步。科技创新环境进一步改善,财政科技投入不断加大,科技创新能力显著增强,科技创业广泛受到关注和支持,高新技术产业又有新突破,据初步统计,2003年全市高新技术产品产值、利税分别超过830亿元和100亿元,比上年分别增长35%和22%以上。区域科技进步取得新进展,去年再次通过了省对我市党政领导科技进步目标责任制考核,连续4年被评为优秀单位;我市还被省科技厅推荐给科技部列为全国科技进步示范城市,被科技部列为首批国家科技兴贸信息平台试点城市;市科技园区被省科技厅授予省级优秀科技园区。我市科技进步具体成效主要体现在以下几个方面:一是以企业为主体,建设科技创新体系,不断提高技术创新能力;二是以电子信息等为重点领域,组织实施一批高新技术产业化项目,并加快用高新技术 In the past year, with the correct leadership of the municipal party committee and municipal government and the care and guidance of the Municipal People's Congress and the Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference, Ningbo's scientific and technological work, through the joint efforts of the whole city, and the scientific and technological work, the in-depth implementation of “Science and Education, Strong City” Engineering, continue to make new progress.
