在伊庄镇马集村,当地流传这样一首顺口溜:干疙瘩地鸡窝房,黑灯瞎火喝清汤;好男不恋伊庄乡,好女不嫁马集郎。这首顺口溜的背后,隐藏的却是我们无法想像的这个村落的贫瘠与荒凉。然而,谁能想到,在卢兴村书记上任之后,这里的一片荒凉变成热土,原来的顺口溜也变成这样一首赞美诗:自古苏杭称美佳,阳春马集看杏花。西目碧波花映水,东视崎观花是塔。能人打造双赢村,老翁捧须笑泪花。诗中所说的能人,就是江苏省铜山县伊庄镇马集村党支部书记兼村委会主任卢兴村。铜山之东,马庙山风景秀丽,苍松翠柏,郁郁葱葱;崔贺庄水库波光粼粼,鸥鹭翩然,如诗如画。
