红芪(Hedysarum polybotrys Hand)系豆科岩黄芪属植物,是甘肃特产大宗名贵药材之一,中医作为补气要药,在国药中占有重要地位。本文报道甘肃漳县石川公社产野生红芪中氨基酸定量分析。我们采用离子交换液体色谱法对红芪所含总氨基酸和乙醇浸膏中游离氨基酸进行了定量分析,结果表明,红芪中总氨基酸(可水解及游离的)含量为3.82%,乙醇浸膏中所含游离氨基酸含量为0.97%(见表1)。
Hedysarum polybotrys Hand, a leguminous plant of the genus Astragalus, is one of the most valuable medicinal herbs in Gansu specialties. Chinese medicine, as a supplemental gas agent, plays an important role in Sinopharm. This article reports on the quantitative analysis of amino acids in wild red clover produced by the Shichuan commune in Ganyu County, Gansu Province. We used ion-exchange liquid chromatography to quantitatively analyze the total amino acids contained in red clover and the free amino acids in ethanol extract. The results showed that the total amino acid (hydrolyzable and free) content in red clover is 3.82%, which is in ethanol extract. The free amino acid content was 0.97% (see Table 1).
