目的研究开放式保肛手术用于治疗低位直肠癌的临床效果。方法选取低位直肠癌患者60例进行研究分析,全部采用开放式保肛手术进行治疗,观察患者手术治疗的效果。结果全部患者手术成功,得到了很好的恢复,有11例患者在术后出现了肛门刺激症状,治疗1个月后痊愈,有1例患者出现了癌症的腹腔转移。结论采用开放式保肛治疗低位直肠癌具有很好的效果,可以被患者接受,临床治疗需要严格把握手术适应证,将肿瘤治疗放在首位,其次进行保肛治疗。
Objective To study the clinical effect of open anal sphincter surgery for the treatment of low rectal cancer. Methods 60 patients with low rectal cancer were selected for analysis. All patients were treated with open anal sphincter preservation and the effect of surgical treatment was observed. Results All the patients were successfully operated and recovered well. Eleven patients showed symptoms of anus stimulation after operation. One month after treatment, they recovered. One patient developed abdominal metastasis of cancer. Conclusion The use of open-type anal preservation of low rectal cancer has a good effect, can be accepted by patients, clinical treatment requires strict surgical indications, the tumor treatment in the first place, followed by anal sphincter treatment.
