目的 :探讨张镜人经验方“地八合剂”对大鼠血清胃泌素 ( GAS)、血浆胃动素 ( MOT)的影响。方法 :SD大鼠 5 0只随机分成空白对照组、西沙必利组、理气方组、补气方组、“地八合剂”组。各组大鼠分别用相应药物干预后 ,用放射免疫法分别测定大鼠血清 GAS、血浆 MOT的含量。结果 :西沙比利组大鼠 GAS、MOT含量与空白对照组无差异 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ;补气方组及“地八合剂”组大鼠血清 GAS含量均明显高于西沙比利组与空白对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;理气方组、补气方组及“地八合剂”组大鼠血浆 MOT含量均明显高于西沙比利组与空白对照组 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;“地八合剂”组大鼠血浆 MOT含量明显高于理气方组、补气方组 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :张镜人经验方“地八合剂”对大鼠的GAS、MOT含量有明显调节作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Zhang Geren’s experience Fang Dihe Mixture on serum gastrin (GAS) and plasma motilin (MOT) in rats. Methods: 50 SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group, cisapride group, Liqifang group, Buqi Fang group, and “Daohe Mixture” group. Rats in each group were treated with corresponding drugs, and the serum GAS and plasma MOT levels were determined by radioimmunoassay. RESULTS: The GAS and MOT levels in the cisapride group were not different from those in the blank control group (P>0.05). The serum GAS levels in the Qiqifang group and the “Dibai Mixture” group were significantly higher than those in the sisapride group. Group and blank control group (P<0.05); Liqifang group, Buqi prescription group and “Dishhaheji” group were significantly higher than those of cisapride group and blank control group (P<0). .0 1 ) ; The MOT content of rats in the “Dixahe Mixture” group was significantly higher than that of the Qiqi Fang group and Buqi Fang group (P < 0.01). Conclusion : Zhang Jingren’s empirical prescription “Dibaihe Mixture” has obvious effect on the regulation of GAS and MOT in rats.
