目的 评价阿仑膦酸钠、埃本膦酸钠、酪蛋白磷酸肽对去势雌性大鼠骨质疏松症的预防作用。方法 5 9周龄去势SD雌性大鼠随机分为 4组 ,即阿仑膦酸钠组、埃本磷酸钠组、酪蛋白磷酸肽组和对照组。分别给予相应干预药物持续处理 6个月后测定骨密度及灰重 ,并进行骨组织形态计量学及骨生物力学研究。结果 连续给药 6个月后 ,全身、腰椎和股骨头骨密度分析显示埃本膦酸钠组显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 ) ;胸椎、胫骨骨小梁面积测量也以埃本膦酸钠组为优 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 1) ;股骨灰重检测表明埃本膦酸钠组也明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。阿仑磷酸钠组的骨小梁面积显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 1) ,但消化道毒性反应较重。酪蛋白磷酸肽组除全身骨密度外 (P <0 0 5 ) ,其它所测参数与对照组比较无明显差异。结论 埃本磷酸钠是一种较好的预防绝经后骨质疏松症的药物。对于阿仑膦酸钠的使用 ,建议可通过改变药物剂型和给药途径来完善。酪蛋白磷酸肽作为骨质疏松症的单一预防用药尚有局限性 ,可以辅剂形式参与预防
Objective To evaluate the preventive effects of alendronate sodium, ebinate sodium and casein phosphopeptide on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats. Methods 5 female SD rats of 9 weeks old were randomly divided into 4 groups: alendronate group, epibatidine group, casein phosphopeptide group and control group. The corresponding interventions were given 6 months after the continued treatment of bone mineral density and ash weight determination, and bone histomorphometry and biomechanical study. Results After six months of continuous administration, BMD analysis of whole body, lumbar spine and femur showed that the EP group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01, P <0.01, P <0.05) , Tibial trabecular area measurements were also superior to the Eppendronate group (P <0.01, P <0.01); fecal gray-scale testing showed that the Eppendronate group was also significantly higher than the control group (P <0 0 5). The trabecular area of alendronate group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01, P <0.01), but the gastrointestinal toxicity was severe. Casein phosphopeptide group in addition to systemic bone mineral density (P <0 05), other measured parameters compared with the control group no significant difference. Conclusions Epbodrine is a good drug for prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis. For the use of alendronate, the recommendations can be refined by changing the dosage form and route of administration. Casein phosphopeptides as a single prophylaxis of osteoporosis there are limitations that can be used as an adjuvant in the prevention of
