On April 11, the Provincial Department of Commerce signed a memorandum of cooperation with SASAC in Nanchang. The two sides agreed to focus on the construction of major projects and further deepen the strategic cooperation between Beijing’s state-owned enterprises and Jiangxi Province so as to jointly promote the mutual advantages of Beijing-Jiangxi in resources, technology, products and markets and achieve win-win development.
