目的 研究Bcl 2和Bax蛋白在正常、增生和恶性子宫内膜中的表达。方法 采用特异性针对人重组Bcl 2和Bax的单克隆抗体和SP免疫组织化学技术对 14例正常增生期、30例单纯增生、13例复合增生、13例非典型增生和子宫内膜癌 17例子宫内膜组织标本进行研究。结果 Bcl 2在子宫内膜从正常增生期子宫内膜到单纯增生、复合增生中的表达逐渐升高 ,而在非典型增生到子宫内膜癌逐渐下降到正常水平以下 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,Bax在子宫内膜从正常增生期子宫内膜到单纯增生、复合增生中的表达逐渐升高 ,而在非典型增生开始下降到简单增生以下 ,在内膜腺癌逐渐下降到正常水平以下 (P <0 .0 5 )。Bcl 2 /Bax二聚体含量随子宫内膜从正常到增生、癌变而不断变化。结论 本文结果表明增生性的内膜细胞表达Bcl 2可能延长细胞存活的可能性 ,而在非典型增生和子宫内膜癌细胞Bcl 2和Bax的表达减少 ,这可能表明Bcl 2和Bax是重要的鉴别和预后因素 ,并可能与人子宫内膜的恶变有关。
Objective To study the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax proteins in normal, hyperplastic and malignant endometrium. Methods The monoclonal antibodies specific for human recombinant Bcl 2 and Bax and SP immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression of Bcl 2 and Bax in 14 cases of normal proliferative phase, 30 cases of simple hyperplasia, 13 cases of complex hyperplasia, 13 cases of atypical hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma Endometrial tissue specimens were studied. Results The expression of Bcl-2 in endometrium from normal proliferative endometrium to simple hyperplasia and complex hyperplasia increased gradually, but decreased gradually from the non-typical hyperplasia to endometrial carcinoma to the normal level (P <0.05) ), Bax in the endometrium from the normal proliferative endometrium to simple hyperplasia, the expression of complex hyperplasia gradually increased, but in the beginning of atypical hyperplasia decreased to simple hyperplasia below the endometrial adenocarcinoma gradually decreased below the normal level (P <0. 05). Bcl 2 / Bax dimer content with the endometrium from normal to hyperplasia, cancerous and constantly changing. Conclusions Our results suggest that the expression of Bcl 2 in proliferative endometrial cells may increase the likelihood of cell survival while the decreased expression of Bcl 2 and Bax in atypical hyperplasia and endometrial cancers may indicate that Bcl 2 and Bax are important Identification and prognostic factors, and may be related to malignant transformation of human endometrium.
