党的十七大确定在2007年下半年召开。十七大代表选举方案有四大亮点。亮点一,提高生产和工作一线代表比例。通知指出,除中央直属机关和中央国家机关维持不变外,其他选举单位中生产和工作一线代表的比例,一般比十六大相应提高5个百分点。这一规定充分说明了,扩大党内民主,走群众路线是十七大代表选举的一项重要指导方针。
The 17th CPC National Congress is scheduled to be held in the second half of 2007. Seventeen representatives of the election program has four highlights. Highlights First, improve production and work on behalf of the proportion of the line. The circular pointed out that except for the organs directly under the Central Government and the state organs under the Central Government, the proportions of the first-tier representatives of production and work in other election units generally increased by 5 percentage points over the National Congress. This provision fully proves that it is an important guideline for the election of the 17th National Congress of the NPC to expand inner-party democracy and follow the mass line.
