纤维小肠镜检查于70年代初应用于临床。近几年来,随着小肠镜的不断更新及插镜方法的改进,已受到消化病工作者的重视。器械目前临床上使用的小肠镜主要是日本产的SIF系列纤维小肠镜。现将Olympus主要的三种纤维小肠镜的性能作如下比较(见附表)。
Enteroscopy in the early 70s for clinical application. In recent years, with the continuous update of the enteroscopy and the improvement of the insertion method, it has been paid more attention to by digestive disease workers. Instruments currently used in clinical small intestine mirror is mainly made in Japan SIF series of fiber enteroscopy. The performance of the three major Olympus enteroscopes is now compared (see attached table).
