目的:观察多巴酚丁胺、硝酸甘油联合应用对顽固性心衰伴洋地黄中毒的疗效。方法:将56例患者随机分成两组,多巴酚丁胺加硝酸甘油组(A组)及硝酸甘油组(B组),观察其疗效。结果:A组疗效显著。结论:多巴酚丁胺与硝酸甘油联合应用是治疗顽固性心衰伴洋地黄中毒的良好方法,尤其对伴慢心室率房颤者疗效更好。
Objective: To observe the effect of combination of dobutamine and nitroglycerin on intractable heart failure with digitalis poisoning. Methods: 56 patients were randomly divided into two groups, dobutamine plus nitroglycerin group (A group) and nitroglycerin group (B group), to observe its efficacy. Results: A group of significant effect. CONCLUSION: The combination of dobutamine and nitroglycerine is a good treatment for refractory heart failure with digitalis poisoning, especially for patients with slow ventricular fibrillation.
