随着“单位人”向“社区人”的转变,社区党员的数量随之增加,社区的党建工作显得尤为重要,不但要强调党员对党组织的责任和义务,还应强调党组织对党员的关怀和服务。社区党建是在街道辖区内,以街道党工委为核心,社区党组织为基础,社区全体党员为主体,社区内所有基层党组织共同参与、形成合力的区域性党建工作。吉林市昌邑区维北社区党总支大胆实践不断探索,努力提高社区党建工作科学化水平,密切党群干群关系,促进社区文化建设和精神文明建设。
