通信设备制造业是电子信息领域的基础核心产业。本文根据UN Comtrade数据库,对我国通信设备制造业在全球贸易中的空间分布和GL指数进行了测度,并计算了我国通信设备制造业的出口技术复杂度。结果表明:我国通信设备制造业对外贸易增长迅速,但贸易收支不平衡状况严重,贸易顺差巨大;贸易的国别集中程度愈加呈现出集中趋势,这使得行业受进出口来源国的贸易波动影响较大;从全球价值链的参与程度来看,我国通信设备制造业参与产业内贸易水平有了很大程度提高,产品贸易增加额中一半以上以产品内贸易形式进行,全球价值链参与程度逐年上升;我国通信设备制造业的出口技术复杂度与发达经济体的差距不断缩小,出口商品结构的相似度非常高,产业正在不断向全球价值链高端迈进,国际竞争力显著增强。
Communication equipment manufacturing is the basic core industry in the field of electronic information. According to the UN Comtrade database, this paper measured the spatial distribution and GL index of China’s communications equipment manufacturing industry in global trade and calculated the technical complexity of export of China’s communications equipment manufacturing industry. The results show that the foreign trade in China’s communication equipment manufacturing industry has been growing rapidly, but the imbalance in trade balance is serious and the trade surplus is huge. The concentration of trade in the country is more and more concentrated. This makes the industry affected by the trade fluctuation of the country of import and export Larger; from the point of participation in the global value chain, China’s communications equipment manufacturing industry to participate in the level of intra-industry trade has been greatly improved, more than half of the increase in trade in products in the form of intra-product trade, global value chain participation year by year The gap between the technical complexity of exports of China’s communications equipment manufacturing industry and that of developed economies has been shrinking. The similarity of the structure of export commodities is very high. The industry is continuously moving towards the high end of the global value chain and its international competitiveness is significantly enhanced.
