近几年随着高职院校数量的不断增加,如何加快高职院校的校园文化建设是摆在当前许多高职院校发展中的突出问题。高职院校除了要加快走产学研结合的道路之外,更不能忽视学院校园文化的建设,本文通过解读校园文化的实质内涵,并结合当今校园文化、企业文化与高职院校实际发展情况提出具体的高职校园文化培育途径,让院校师生充分认识到加强校园文化建设的重要性。
