在十七届中央纪委六次全会上,胡锦涛总书记深刻阐述了切实把以人为本、执政为民贯彻落实到党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争中的重要性、紧迫性。反腐倡廉宣传教育工作作为反腐倡廉建设的基础性工作,必须始终把以人为本、执政为民的理念贯穿于反腐倡廉宣传教育工作的各方面各环节,为深入推进党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争发挥应有的作用。
