建立了铰接式自卸车液压转向系统的数学模型。利用SIMULINK工具建立了铰接式自卸车液压动力转向系统的仿真模型并对其动态特性进行了仿真。通过分析不同因素对液压转向系统动态特性的影响,获得了各因素对铰接式自卸车液压转向系统动态特性的影响规律。研究结果为铰接式自卸车液压转向系统的改进设计及提高液压系统的可靠性提供了理论依据。
The mathematical model of hydraulic steering system of articulated dump truck is established. The simulation model of the hydraulic power steering system of the articulated dump truck was established by SIMULINK tool and its dynamic characteristics were simulated. By analyzing the influence of different factors on the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic steering system, the influence of various factors on the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic steering system of the articulated dump truck was obtained. The results provide a theoretical basis for the improved design of the hydraulic steering system of the articulated dump truck and the improvement of the reliability of the hydraulic system.
