介绍了HRB400热轧带肋钢筋生产工艺流程,研究了强化合金+Fe V替代VN合金生产HRB400的可行性。结果表明,采用强化合金+Fe V的合金化工艺,完全可以达到采用VN合金化工艺的水平,钢筋力学性能稳定,是一种新的降低HRB400热轧钢筋成本的合金化工艺。
The production process of HRB400 hot rolled ribbed bar is introduced. The feasibility of HRB400 reinforced with VN + FeV alloy is studied. The results show that the alloying process of strengthening alloy + Fe V can reach the level of VN alloying process and the mechanical properties of steel are stable. It is a new alloying process to reduce the cost of HRB400 hot rolled steel bar.
