我们公司共有职工1485人,其中党员327人。由于劳务公司刚刚成立3年,各项制度、措施还不完善,人员重新组合后,思想还不够稳定,给我们的全面发展带来了一定困难。3年来,我们围绕劳务公司的生存与发展、领导班子解放思想转变观念、职工上岗和转岗再就业、党员管理教育等七个方面的热点问题进行了调研。针对劳务公司存在的主要问题,公司党政一把手和党政综合办公室同志一起编写党课材料。一是认真学习有关文件材料,认识、理解当前国家的方针、政策,使党课具有理论依据;二是紧密联系本单位的实际,使党课有针对性。在宣讲党课中,公司党政一把手结合当前形势和
Our company has a total staff of 1485 people, of whom 327 members. Since the labor service companies have just been established for 3 years, various systems and measures are not yet perfect.
