本研究基于藜草花叶病毒(Sowbane mosaic virus,SoMV)外壳蛋白基因的保守区域设计特异性引物,建立了SoMV的免疫捕获反转录PCR(IC-RT-PCR)方法。应用建立的IC-RT-PCR方法,从来自丹麦和荷兰的进境菠菜种子中检测到SoMV。这是我国进境种子中截获SoMV的首次报道。
In this study, specific primers were designed based on conserved regions of the coat protein gene of Sowbane mosaic virus (SoMV), and an immunocapture reverse transcription PCR (IC-RT-PCR) method was established for SoMV. SoMV was detected from incoming spinach seeds from Denmark and the Netherlands using the established IC-RT-PCR method. This is the first report of SoMV intercepted in China’s entry seeds.
