本文介绍了一种在碱性介质中分离回收铀钼的新方法。根据溶度积沉淀原理,在低品位铀钼矿的碱法堆浸液中加入PbSO4,沉淀出PbMoO4,然后在pH≈10的条件下用717阴离子交换树脂从沉淀钼后的溶液中吸附回收铀。吸附尾液的碱度基本不变,可返回配制浸出剂,既充分利用余碱又实现工业废水的闭路循环。
This article describes a new method for the separation and recovery of uranium and molybdenum in alkaline media. According to the principle of solubility product precipitation, PbSO4 is added to the leachate of low-grade uranium-molybdenum mine and PbMoO4 is precipitated. Then, Urea is adsorbed and recovered from the solution after the precipitation of molybdenum with 717 anion exchange resin under the condition of pH≈10 . Adsorption of basic alkalinity tail fluid can be returned to the preparation of leaching agent, both make full use of caustic soda and industrial wastewater closed loop.
