本文于1990~1991年在单、间作条件下分析了8个不同耐阴级别大豆品种子叶期的子叶、开花期末期功能叶的酯酶同工酶。结果表明:1.子叶期酯酶同工酶条带数比开花末期少,而带色和带宽则比开花末期深和宽;2.两个生育期不同耐阴级别品种则无自己的特征带,或在公共带上其带色和带宽呈现差异;3.开花末期单作和间作相比,间作缺少,B_3带和C_4带色、带宽较深和宽。
In this paper, from 1990 to 1991 under single and intercropping conditions of eight different shade-tolerant soybean cotyledon cotyledon stage, the functional leaf at the end of flowering period esterase isozymes. The results showed that: 1. The number of esterase isozyme bands in the cotyledon stage was less than that in the late flowering stage, while the color and width were deeper and wider than the late flowering stage. 2. There were no characteristic bands , Or in the public zone of its color and bandwidth showed differences; 3 flowering late single and intercropping compared to the lack of intercropping, B_3 band and C_4 with color, darker and wider bandwidth.
