目的了解鄂南某高校医学院女大学生生殖生理健康教育的现状及需求,为高校开展相关教育与服务提供参考依据。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法,对医学院在校2011和2012级女大学生共923人进行匿名问卷调查。结果 917名女大学生初潮年龄在11~16岁,占99.3%;女大学生获取生殖生理知识的主要途径来自网络、杂志/书籍和同学/朋友;2012级485名女大学生中236名从网络途径获取相关信息,占48.66%,而2011级438名女大学生中有320名,占73.06%;两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2011级女生对于性传播疾病的知晓率总体上高于2012级女生,两者对艾滋病三大传播途径的知晓率均>91.0%,但对一般生活接触能否感染艾滋病的认知则相对较模糊;在生殖生理知识的需求上,2012级女生主要集中在异性交往与恋爱心理,而2011级女生则关注生殖避孕,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在性病预防和性卫生保健知识上,两个年级女生需求无明显差异;女大学生希望通过选修课或讲座等途径获取生殖生理知识。结论高校和家庭应联合开展生殖生理健康教育活动,培养女大学生正确的性观念和健康的生活方式。
Objective To understand the status quo and needs of reproductive physiology and health education for college female college students in a university in southern E’nan and to provide reference for carrying out relevant education and services in colleges and universities. Methods A random cluster sampling method was used to conduct anonymous questionnaire survey on 923 female college students in 2011 and 2012 in the medical college. Results The age of 917 female college students was from 11 to 16 years old, accounting for 99.3%. The main ways for female college students to acquire reproductive physiology were from the network, magazines / books and classmates / friends. Among the 485 female college students from 2012, 236 were from internet Related information, accounting for 48.66%, while in 2011 438 female college students in 320, accounting for 73.06%; the difference between the two was statistically significant (P <0.05); 2011 grade girls awareness of sexually transmitted diseases is generally higher than 2012 grade girls, the awareness rate of the three major transmission routes of AIDS are both above 91.0%, but their cognition of whether they can be exposed to AIDS in general life is relatively vague. In terms of the demand of reproductive physiology knowledge, the 2012 grade girls mainly concentrate (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the demand for STD prevention and sexual health care between the two grades of girls. Female college students Hope that through elective courses or lectures and other ways to get reproductive physiology. Conclusion Colleges and families should jointly carry out reproductive physiology and health education activities to cultivate the correct sexual attitudes and healthy lifestyles of female college students.
