研究了罗丹明 6G( Rh6G)与核酸 ( ct DNA和 y RNA)作用的共振光散射( RLS)特征。基于 RL S的增强 ,建立了一种测定核酸的新方法。考察了各种影响因素 ,在优化条件下确定了 RL S强度与 ct DNA和 y RNA浓度之间的关系 ,相应的线性范围分别为 0 .0 5~ 37.0μg· m L- 1、0 .1~ 1 0 .0μg· m L- 1,检出限分别为 3.0ng· m L- 1和 9.5 ng· m L- 1。四种合成样品五次平行测定结果的相对标准偏差( RSD)范围为 2 .0 %~ 3.0 %。
Resonance light scattering (RLS) characterization of rhodamine 6G (Rh6G) and nucleic acids (ct DNA and y RNA) was studied. Based on the enhancement of RL S, a new method for the determination of nucleic acids was established. Various influencing factors were investigated, and the relationship between the intensity of RL S and the concentrations of ct DNA and y RNA was determined under the optimal conditions. The corresponding linear ranges were 0.050 ~ 37.0μg · m -1, 1.01 ~ 100 μg · mL -1, and the detection limits were 3.0 ng · m L -1 and 9.5 ng · m L -1, respectively. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of the five parallel samples from four synthetic samples ranged from 2.0% to 3.0%.
