3月2日,江苏省通信管理局召开全省电信服务工作电视电话会议,进一步深化“心系用户、满意消费”活动,全力提升电信服务质量。省通信管理局苏少林局长出席会议并讲话,朱新煜副局长作了2011年全省电信服务工作报告并对2012年全省电信服务质量监管工作思路进行了阐述,工信部电信管理局、省消协、省放心消费创建办相关负责同志出席会议并发言,全省电信运营企业服务部门负责人及相关人员参加了会议。
On March 2, Jiangsu Provincial Communication Administration held a teleconference of telecommunications service in the whole province to further deepen the activity of “user with heart and satisfaction with consumption” to enhance the telecommunication service quality. Secretary for Transportation Authority Shaoru Lin attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Zhu Xinyu, deputy director of the province made a report on telecom services in 2011 and the province’s telecom service quality supervision in 2012 was elaborated. The Telecommunications Administration of the Ministry of Industry, Provincial Consumer Association, Provincial Consumers Relied Consumption Office Office of the Responsible Competent Competences attended the conference and made speeches. The leaders of service departments of telecommunication operation enterprises and relevant personnel in the province participated in the conference.
