在当前我国经济社会面临新常态的背景下,我国针对出现的劳动要素成本上升较快、企业自主创新能力不强、产业结构配置不合理等一系列问题,提出“供给侧结构性改革”的总体布局和思路。“供给侧结构性改革”所蕴含的丰富内涵是高校(尤其是高职院校)开展思想政治教育工作的重要出发点和立足点。因此,如何有效地促进高职院校开展思想政治教育工作,必须科学理解并实践“供给侧结构性改革”的思想和内容。
Against the backdrop of the new normal in our country’s economy and society, a series of issues such as the rapid rise of the cost of labor factors, the weak capability of independent innovation in enterprises, and the irrational allocation of industrial structure have been put forward in order to propose a “structural reform on the supply side” The overall layout and ideas. “Supply-side structural reform ” contains the rich connotation of colleges and universities (especially vocational colleges) to carry out ideological and political education work an important starting point and standpoint.
