一 緒 言球墨鑄鉄有鑄鋼的优良性能,有普通鑄鉄的經济价直,所以在机器制造业中已广泛地并正推广应用。但球墨鑄鉄对化学成分的要求比較严格,因而,需要及时的化驗出結果,作为下一炉配料的依据。錳及硅的化学分析是比較快的,錳約3~4分鐘,硅約10分鐘可得出結果,但鎂的分析用重量法时間較长,而現在一般工厂用的比色法,由于手續煩杂,也需3小时左右才能报出結果。在文献中用光譜法进行分析的資料很少,而且也只是用弧光光源单独测定其中鎂的含量,本厂为节約人力、物力及时配合車間生产,故試用火花光源一次攝譜,同时測定三个元素。現将試驗經过簡述如下:
