近年来,社会上认为医疗费用增长过快,看不起病,住不起院。针对这个问题,省卫生厅组织工作组对同济医院、省人民医院、湖医二院、武汉市二医院、蒲圻市一医院和武汉市洪山卫生院6所不同层次、不同规模的医疗单位的收费现状进行了调查。调查工作采取听、查、看的方法,即听取单位负责人关于医疗收费情况的工作汇报,召开医务人员和患者座谈会,查阅帐表、病历以及收费收据,最后对6所医院的医疗收费现状和医疗业务收支情况进行了剖析。
In recent years, the community believes that medical expenses have grown too fast, they do not see the disease, and they cannot afford to live in hospitals. In response to this problem, the Provincial Health Department organized the working group of Tongji Hospital, Provincial People’s Hospital, the Second Hospital of Hubei Province, the Second Hospital of Wuhan City, the First Hospital of Puqi City, and 6 medical institutions of different levels and sizes of Hongshan Hospital of Wuhan City. The status of the charges was investigated. Investigate the methods of hearing, investigation, and seeing, that is, listen to the work report of the person in charge of the unit on medical fees, hold medical staff and patient symposiums, check the accounts, medical records, and receipts for charges, and finally, the status of medical charges for the six hospitals. The income and expenditure of medical services were analyzed.
