Carbohydrate Antigen 12 5 (CA12 5) is a monoclonal antibody against molecular weight 20-100,000 Daltons, which was obtained by immunizing mice of Bast et al. With ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma cell line in 1981. After being used as a tumor marker of ovarian cancer in clinical, this article quantitative analysis of various clinically diagnosed gynecological diseases and healthy human serum samples by immune radioactivity
