水害是影响矿井安全生产的主要因素之一,因此查明煤层顶、底板中围岩富水情况、老采区的水、断层裂隙的分布对煤矿开采具有重要的意义。随着开采工艺和技术的不断发展提高,对巷道前方岩层和地质构造的含水性探测精度要求越来越高。特别是当前综采放顶煤开采技术的推广应用,这方面的地质要求更高。
