期望教育的核心就是爱、期望和信任,教师应当对每个学生都寄予正确而合理的期望,调动起每个学生的主动性和创造性,唤起他们的自信,每个学生都是独特的自己,都有成功的潜力,我们应用动态的、发展的眼光去看待每一个学生,把教师期望建立在每个学生的“最近发展区”内,营造良好的环境促进学生健康向上的学习。
The core of expectation education is love, expectation and trust. Teachers should lay down correct and reasonable expectations for each student, mobilize the initiative and creativity of each student, and arouse their self-confidence. Each student is unique to himself, Have the potential for success. We apply dynamic and developmental vision to each student and build the teacher’s expectation into each student’s “newly developed area” to create a good environment for the students’ healthy and progressive learning.
