基于2004~2012年省际面板数据,采用DEA-Malmquist指数法,测算和分析了中国木材供给全要素生产率。研究结果表明:在技术进步和技术效率的共同推动下,中国木材供给全要素生产率增长较快,增长的主要动力是技术进步;中国木材供给全要素生产率年际间增长速度差异较大,但推动各年度增长的关键力量均是技术进步;在四大地区中,只有东北地区木材供给全要素生产率下降,其他三个地区均增长,且增长动力相似;由于技术效率提升乏力,超过40%的省份木材供给全要素生产率下降。
Based on the provincial panel data from 2004 to 2012, DEA-Malmquist index method was used to calculate and analyze the total factor productivity of China’s timber supply. The results show that under the joint promotion of technical progress and technical efficiency, the total factor productivity of wood supply in China has been growing rapidly. The main driving force of growth is technological progress. The growth rate of total factor productivity of wood supply in China varies greatly from year to year, Among the four major regions, only the total factor productivity of wood supply in the Northeast decreased, while the other three regions both grew with similar growth drivers. As more than 40% of provinces experienced a sluggish technological efficiency improvement, Total factor productivity in wood supply has declined.
