通过研究我省成人医学教育这一问题，作者发现成人医学教育学员现状具有三个特点：即学员入学前文化水平不高；学员来源构成不合理；学员年龄参差不齐，年龄跨度大。影响学员继续教育的因素是多方面的，有社会经济方面的因素，也有学员个人方面的因素。本研究为教育主管部门决策提供科学依据及可操作方案
By studying the problem of adult medical education in our province, the author finds that the current status of adult medical education students has three characteristics: that is, the students’ pre-entry education level is not high; the source of the students’ composition is unreasonable; the students’ ages are uneven and their age span is large. There are many factors that affect the continuing education of trainees. There are social and economic factors as well as personal factors of trainees. This study provides scientific basis and operational solutions for decision-making by educational authorities
