经费短缺是我国高校后勤设施建设投资中普遍存在的问题,为了改变单纯依靠政府拨款而造成的经费紧张局面,融资方式多元化已成为高校后勤设施建设投资筹措经费的新趋势。利用资本市场融资,是解决目前高校后勤设施投资经费短缺的有效途径。
The shortage of funds is a ubiquitous problem in the construction of logistics facilities in colleges and universities. In order to change the shortage of funds due to relying solely on government funding, the diversification of financing methods has become a new trend in financing the construction of logistics facilities in colleges and universities. The use of capital market financing is an effective way to solve the shortage of funding for logistic facilities in colleges and universities.
