中国房价的持续走高已经引起各方的关注,几经调控之后,房价还是居高不下,这其中的一个重要因素就是外资的介入。由刚进入中国时的投石问路,到前几年的大举进攻,再到近几年的深度介入,外资一直以多种方式或明或暗地影响着中国房地产市场的发展,成为房价飙升的一个不可忽视的因素,并且一部分外资机构恶意炒作中国房地产的行为会给中国经济带来巨大的负面影响。本文着重分析外资炒房行为对中国房地产市场的影响及危害,揭示外资在华炒房的真正目的。
