大多数十二指肠溃疡(DU)病人的十二指肠粘膜有片状胃上皮化生,Hp可能定植其上并引起溃疡。研究旨在确定内镜下选择性染色技术能否识别十二指肠的胃化生,以及在胃化生区能否检出Hp。
Most duodenal ulcers (DU) have duodenal mucosa with metaplasia, and Hp may colonize it and cause ulceration. The aim of the study was to determine if endoscopic selective staining can identify gastric metaplasia in the duodenum and detect Hp in the metaplastic zone.
