1987年,我们对全国各级药检所的人员状况进行了调查,共收集到26个省市1271个药检所的人员情况,占全国药检所的83.7%.从调查结果看.我国药检技术人员的现状是:1、专业技术人才数量不足,结构不合理建国三十多年来,我国卫生事业有了很大发展,但还远远赶不上我国人口增长及人民对卫生服务的需求.药检事业是卫生事业的一部分.三十多年来尤其是近三年以来,虽然也有了很大发展,但仍不能适应药品监督管理工作的要求.调查资料表明我国药检专业技术人才数量不足.26个省市共有药检技术人员12007
