任何产品都要经历设计、制造和使用的过程,其质量控制相应也有一个产生、形成和实现的过程。为达到统计控制状态,在产品生产过程中判断是否异常,则通过控制图的中心线以及上下控制限,按时间顺序统计量的数值抽取各样本。控制图的中心线是所控制的统计量的平均值,而控制限是判断生产过程是否存在有异常原因的重要依据。
Any product has to go through the process of designing, manufacturing and using, and its quality control also has a corresponding generation, formation and realization process. In order to reach the state of statistical control and judge whether the abnormality occurs in the production process of the product, each sample is extracted according to the value of the chronological statistics through the center line of the control chart and the upper and lower control limits. The center line of the control chart is the average value of the controlled statistics, and the control limit is an important basis for judging whether there is any abnormal reason in the production process.
