过去耳科学者对乳突钻头所引起的热损伤虽然时有报导,但尚缺乏试验研究。本文报告乳突钻头引起热量变化的程度,与钻头大小、施加压力及转速的关系,同时也证明持续冲洗可以防止骨及神经组织的搠伤。作者在文内除了复习以往的文献以外,还作了两个实验。实验1:为测量各种标准乳突钻头所引起骨表面温度的变化。所采用的都是新钻头,包括具8个槽的2毫米和4毫米切削钻头,具24个槽的2毫米磨光钻头和2毫米钻石钻头。电钻采用
In the past, although ear heat injury caused by ear papillae has been reported, there is a lack of experimental research. This paper reports the degree of heat changes induced by the papillae, the relationship between the bit size, the applied pressure and the rotational speed. It also proves that continuous flushing can prevent galling of bones and nerves. In addition to reviewing previous literature, the author also made two experiments. Experiment 1: To measure changes in bone surface temperature caused by various standard papillary drill bits. All new drill bits are used, including 2-mm and 4-mm cutting bits with 8 slots, 2-mm polished bits with 24 slots and 2-mm diamond bits. Electric drill used
