随着国家经济的快速发展,建筑工程几乎随处可见,越来越多。建筑工程项目的顺利进行少不了建筑工程的各项管理工作,而施工工期管理是其中十分重要却又容易被忽视的一部分,它对建筑工程的经济效益和社会效益都有着直接或间接的影响。本文从施工工期的重要性出发,从多个角度分析概述了施工工期目前存在的主要问题以及相应的解决措施,希望能为诸多施工工期问题提出一些建议。
With the rapid development of national economy, construction projects are almost everywhere, more and more. The smooth progress of the construction project can hardly make all the management work of the construction project, and the construction period management is one of the most important but easily overlooked parts. It has a direct or indirect impact on the economic and social benefits of the construction project. Based on the importance of the construction period, this paper analyzes and summarizes the main problems existing in the construction period and the corresponding solutions from many angles, and hopes to put forward some suggestions for many construction periods.
