目的对姚安县2000—2010年食物中毒事件进行分析,为有效预防和控制食物中毒事件的发生提供科学依据。方法用回顾性流行病学方法对姚安县2000—2010年食物中毒事件进行统计分析。结果 2000—2010年姚安县共报告食物中毒事件44起,中毒人数274人,罹患率为55.35%;死亡人数2人,病死率为0.7%。食物中毒主要发生在第2、3季度,占84.08%;发生在家庭的食物中毒事件最多,占70.45%;化学性食物中毒占15.9%,有毒动植物中毒占79.55%,其中野生菌食物中毒占47.73%;中毒原因主要为加工不当,占77.26%。结论农村家庭食物中毒是该县预防和控制的重点。
Objective To analyze the food poisoning incidents in Yao’an from 2000 to 2010, and provide a scientific basis for the effective prevention and control of food poisoning incidents. Methods A retrospective epidemiological method was used to analyze the food poisoning incidents in Yao’an County from 2000 to 2010. Results From 2000 to 2010, a total of 44 cases of food poisoning were reported in Yao’an County. The number of poisoned persons was 274, with an attack rate of 55.35%. The death toll was 2 and the case fatality rate was 0.7%. Food poisoning mainly occurred in the second and third quarters, accounting for 84.08% of the total; food poisoning incidents in the family accounted for 70.45%, chemical food poisoning accounted for 15.9% and toxic animal and plant poisoning accounted for 79.55%, of which wild food poisoning accounted for 47.73%; poisoning mainly due to improper processing, accounting for 77.26%. Conclusion Rural household food poisoning is the focus of prevention and control in this county.
