热分析方法配合合金相观察研究了Al-Si-Ge体系富Al区的多温状态图。本体系为一连续过渡型二元共晶体系。二元共晶线由Al-Si共晶点577℃逐渐下降而和Al-Ge共晶点423℃相连。液相限由α-Al的初晶面和β-Si(Ge)固溶体的初晶面组成。体系内并无化合物或其它新相生成。
Thermal analysis method with alloy phase observation Al-Si-Ge system rich Al region temperature state diagram. The system is a continuous transition binary eutectic system. Binary eutectic line from the Al-Si eutectic point 577 ℃ gradually decreased and the Al-Ge eutectic point 423 ℃ connected. The liquid phase consists of the primary surface of α-Al and the primary surface of β-Si (Ge) solid solution. There are no compounds or other new phases in the system.
