针对某钢厂丰田钢S53综合探伤合格率不足60%的情况,采用示踪分析法对大型夹杂物含量进行系统分析。结果表明,铸坯中的大型夹杂物主要有Si O2-Al2O3夹杂、Si O2夹杂、Ca O-Mg O-Si O2-Al2O3复合夹杂、Ca O-Si O2-Al2O3夹杂和部分硫化物夹杂。改进精炼渣后,正常坯的大型夹杂物平均含量为12.27 mg/10 kg,综合探伤合格率达90%以上。 For a steel mill Toyota Steel S53 comprehensive testing pass rate of less than 60% of the situation, the use of tracer analysis of large inclusions in the system analysis.
