在2006年北京国际图书博览会上,山东画报出版社出版的《往古的滋味——中国饮食的历史与文化》颇受关注,经该社与北京版权代理公司的共同努力,日本一家出版社——株式会社原书房决定引进出版该书的日文版,目前合同正在签订过程中。对于此书的策划出版,该书的责任编辑陈晓东说是一种巧合,或者说是机缘。作者王仁湘是中国社科院考古研究所的研究员,对中国史前考古有着较为全面的研究,尤其在饮食文化考古方面可说是颇有建树,曾主编《中国史前饮食史》及大型考古学丛书《华夏文明探秘》(获第11届中国图书奖)。编辑原是对作者的另
At the Beijing International Book Fair in 2006, Shandong Pictorial Publishing House published “the taste of ancient times - the history and culture of Chinese food”, which attracted much attention. With the joint efforts of the agency and Beijing copyright agency, a Japanese publishing house, Co., Ltd. original study decided to introduce the publication of the Japanese version of the book, the contract is currently being signed. Author Wang Renxiang is a researcher at the Institute of Archeology of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
