现场诊断方法:先将动臂缸升到一定高度(铲斗离地2m)后,发动机熄火、控制阀中位,在液压缸活塞杆上做出标记,5min后记录下降值。然后操纵动臂控制阀到“起升”位置,5min后再记录下降值。比较两个下降值,若后测的下降值大,说明活塞密封损坏而产生泄漏;若前后两个测量值无变化,说明控制阀、平衡阀、单向阀等磨损泄漏。应当注意:采用先导纵操控制阀时,操纵前
