实践能力是市场营销专业学生必备的一项重要能力,直接影响到学生就业及企业市场营销活动的进行,进而影响到企业的发展。然而,由于市场营销专业教师和学生缺乏实践能力培养的意识,实践类课程设置不合理,培养实践型人才的校企沟通不畅,导致市场营销专业学生实践能力较低,增强市场营销专业学生的实践能力,学校应改革课程设置,增加实践类课程,改革教学模式,开展校内外实践活动,并建立健全理论知识和实践能力并重的考核体系。
