2013年,我国电子信息产业渡过了平稳发展的一年。2014年的产业发展前景如何?编辑部收集了产业政策战略规划、宏观经济分析和中国经济先行指数、网络建设、智能终端、PC产业、汽车电子、UHD电视、柔性显示器及智能可穿戴设备、LED照明、PCB及IC封装载板等领域的一批数据,供业界参考。这些数据表明,2014年我国电子产品的刚性需求市场仍然十分巨大,其中大部分常规电子产品和部分新兴电子产品所需覆铜板,将由大陆的覆铜板厂供货;即使如IC载板等高技术类覆铜板,尽管我们现在与国际水平有很大差距,但是差距也正是机遇所在,更何况我国近年来在IC设计、封装、测试方面已经取得长足进步,相信在下游产品的拉动下,我国自主研发的这些高技术覆铜板也会开发一定的市场。总之,我们相信2014年至少像《商业周刊》预测的那样:2014年的形势将好于今年,但不会好太多。
In 2013, the electronic information industry in our country passed the stable development year. What is the prospect of industrial development in 2014? These data show that in 2014 China’s rigid demand for electronic products market is still huge, most of which conventional electronic products and some of the emerging electronic products required CCL, will be supplied by the mainland’s CCL; even if such as IC carrier technology CCL, although we are now a great gap with the international level, but the gap is where the opportunity lies, not to mention our country in recent years in the IC design, packaging, testing has made considerable progress, I believe that the downstream products, driven by the Independent research and development of these high-tech CCL will also develop a certain market. In conclusion, we believe 2014 is at least as predicted by BusinessWeek: the situation in 2014 will be better than this year, but not much better.
