尽管我国油气勘探开发已经取得了巨大成就,但目前的油气产量仍不能满足经济建设的需要,从1993年开始,我国再一次成为原油净进口国。油气勘探开发面临着后备储量不足的严重问题,中国石油化工集团公司更是如此。解决这一问题,关键在于依靠理论和技术创新。但如何创新、从何处着手等则是需要认真思考和探讨的问题。
Although great achievements have been made in oil and gas exploration and development in our country, the current oil and gas production still can not meet the needs of economic construction. Since 1993, China once again became a net importer of crude oil. Oil and gas exploration and development are facing serious problems of insufficient reserve reserves, especially for China Petrochemical Corporation. The key to solving this problem lies in relying on theory and technological innovation. However, how to innovate and where to start are the issues that need careful consideration and discussion.
